Title	Technical Project Manager

Job Information	Overview: Working with the Senior Project Manager (SPM), the Functional Project Manager (FPM) will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of multiple work groups (internal groups, client groups and contracted groups) to accomplish the stated project objectives and manage stakeholder expectations. The FPM will monitor and maintain the progress and mutual interaction of all parties so as to minimize risks to the project objectives, maximize benefits to client and to the company, and restrict costs. The FPM is accountable for ensuring that everyone on the team knows and executes his/her role, feels empowered and supported in the role, knows the roles of the other team members and acts upon the belief that those roles will be performed. The FPM will maintain communication and reporting to ensure the SPM and primary stakeholders are kept abreast of project developments, and bring to attention any milestones or objectives that are at risk.
