System Analyst

Our customer located in Seattle, WA is seeking a CAFM/CMMS Systems Analyst to join their growing IT team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting the systems implementation, configuration and integration of CAFM/CMMS/IWMS technological solutions. This person will be responsible for interacting directly with business users, business analysts and subject matter experts to gather and clarify systems requirements and translate requirements into system functionality, integration processes and database requirements.

Major responsibilities include:
• Application Integration Development, Support and Administration
• System Integration Design, Configuration & Implementation
• Business process Integration documentation
• Technical proficiency with CAFM/CMMS/IWMS technologies and practices.
• System and UAT Test planning and execution

Skills and Experience Requirements:
• Business requirement and process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong system/software development life cycle experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in technical analysis of enterprise systems
• Prefer experience with CAFM/CMMS/IWMS solutions ( FM:Systems a plus)
• Hands on technical configuration or development
• Application Systems Configuration and Administrative Skills
• SQL & Database expertise (MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle)
