We boot up The Sandbox Alpha Season 2 to create and play as our own Metaverse avatars in the game. As we create our avatar, we explore the NFT marketplace to take a look at different wearables. Johnny presents the differences and similarities between his avatars on Avatar SDK, Decentraland, ReadyPlayerMe, and other platforms.

Then we go deep into how we represent ourselves online not only as avatars or characters, but mentally as well. Avatars are changing for remote work video conferencing as we lightly touch on what AvatarSDK and Mesh for Microsoft Teams are doing to make collaborations in the “Metaverse” fun with mixed reality. Do we act more similarly to our “real life” personality online the more we match the look of our avatar?
