We organized and optimized a three-tiered e-commerce platform with thousands of automotive products
The Challenge
Since 1982, RANDYS Worldwide has continued to evolve, starting as a garage shop to eventually becoming a worldwide distributor with 200 team members across seven warehouses and facilities. The organization needed a modern, integrated e-commerce platform and website to match its expanded service offerings. The challenge came from planning out the technological stack to support a database with thousands of products while ensuring it was efficient, easy-to-navigate, and visually compelling.
Our Solution
Fresh collaborated with RANDYS from design through development. We set out to create an e-commerce platform integrating WordPress and WooCommerce, with a filtration system that helps users shop for a massive array of automotive products. The result was a digital experience that strengthens the RANDYS brand and makes it easier for customers to find what they need and check out.

Our designers completed structural wireframes and branded mockups to bring the website to life, ensuring that we applied RANDYS unique visual identity to every customer touchpoint. The final step was ensuring a seamless connection between our designs and the technical backend, satisfying the essential purpose of helping customers find what they need reliably and efficiently.

A seamless tool for purchasing parts
The full e-commerce experience is Diff Wizard, a three-tiered filtration system that helps users navigate thousands of automotive products by year, model, make, and drive type. After narrowing results, users can identify which of the seven RANDYS locations carry the part and buy it. Warranties, sales contacts, and policies are transparent and prominently featured, creating trust between consumer and supplier, ensuring that the brand is strengthened throughout the purchasing process.
